How to play IF instructions #699

Add instructions for how to play IF. Maybe include the IF for Beginners Postcard. http://pr-if.org/doc/play-if-card/

The postcard is out of date. It includes commands e.g. "PRAY" which are not part of the current Inform library. The text is very tiny. It also doesn't explain how to play hypertext works. No hypertext works are included in their list of recommended games.
