Categories would help to provide context for suggestions and prompt people to think of bugs and new suggestions.
Categories corresponding to user actions e.g. categories on IFDB personal page.
Cats could move up and down depending on popularity. Also (not shown) for pages of the web site.
People should be able to create new (sub-) categories for suggestions in new topics. Option to follow cats of interest. Following a cat follows sub-cats. There should be a way to see all new comments.

Sorting suggestions into categories will show, by empty and neglected categories, where there is a shortage of suggestions.
The IFDB project should obtain suggestions in short categories by positive efforts such as creating and promoting polls/surveys, interviewing individuals.
