Use schema.rb instead of annotate gem #24

Hello. Great work here!

I was curious if the option to leverage schema.rb as opposed to the annotate gem has been considered as an option. I'm not a big fan of having a huge declaration that needs to be managed atop of all the model files and I believe it just pulls from the schema to do its work anyways. Not a knock on your approach here but you'd be open to the idea I'd take a stab at it and submit a PR.

This is a duplicate of one of the earliest issues in the project :). Closing this for now, please post your updates in #10.
