Results offer limited information #19

The functionality of finder is currently limited by the fact that it doesn't provide sufficient information about the clubs it finds, beyond just giving their locations. I think that a good start would be adding a link and maybe founders' contact information to each result.

    I'm on board with this, we could expose leader Slack accounts over the API.
