Research and choose a project management tool for project bulletin-board

  1. Jira ::: provided better retorting for realtime insight. If you need reporting feature, go for Jira.

  2. Gitlab.:::: it is cheaper than Jira and also n has integrated milestone tracking feature, you can track milestones at a project level, group level, and instance level in GitLab. Another great thing to note about GitLab‘s milestone is it shows issues currently in progress.

GitLab is slightly more efficient in terms of generality than Jira. Also, out of the two, it’s the only option to provide a group issue board.

  1. Github/github project: still experimenting with this but it looks good and should adapt because it is open source and totally free
