Stage 1 Review

I cannot answer the questions for now. 但是这一个月跟 Raymond, Stefan 学习了不少知识，而且周三也开始 personal finance lunch and learn。自己对 Finance 相关也开始感兴趣。之前的感受是找不到门道，不知道该从什么角度切入，看各种网站也都是云里雾里。但是现在有了几个很明确的点，而且不懂得可以去问朋友的经验。Anyway, here is a roadmap in my mind:

这个过程中遇到各种 term 都尽量去了解，希望最终的结果是：

• Have a basic understanding about personal financial
• Set up a mechanism
  • how to allocate money on short-term, mid-term and long-term investment
  • review spending for better understanding our lifestyle
  • build a portfolio for retirement (long-term) investment

Stage 2 Review

By just following my interest on it, I've

• finish two books on it, Wealthing Like Rabbits and The Value of Simple
• review the first three month's expense, Monthly Expense and set up a reminder to review on 10th every month
• review the first quarter financial status with Jasmine, Overall and set up a reminder to review on 10th every quarter
• have a deep review over our Mortgage status
• write a small essay talking about Pay back mortgage or invest in bond? and talk with Ray and coworkers.
• set up a clear view on how SHOP equity (RSU and option) gets vested over time
• create a Financial Knowledge Base
• init the first draft of Planning & investing
• start taking on 薛兆丰的经济学讲义
