The Deepstream deployment was out of date with the newest version of DeepStream (6) .

I updated the necessary changes to change the deployment from Deepstream 5 to DeepStream 6.
Added better instructions on the deploy/DeepStream read-me on how to deploy it in addiction to some tracker settings
Instructions on how to deploy it with different detectors on DeepStream
Sample Picture of DeepStream Tracking with Byte
Added a HyperLink on the main ReadMe.Md
