gcloud run services describe {{ Cloud Run のサービス名 }} --region {{ Cloud Run のサービスのリージョン }} --project {{ Cloud Run を動かす GC Project ID }} --format export > service.yaml

gcloud run services replace service.yaml  --platform managed --project hogehoge --allow-unauthenticated
