id of spaces #19

It is not safe the way in which the id_ variable is defined in 
FunctionSpaceOnGrid.
If not changed by the user (by using space.set_id(id)),
all the spaces will have the same id (id=0).

Now objects that are derived from FunctionSpaceOnGrid have an unique id 
assigned at construction time.
