Igdm issue

When I open the IGDM application, it loads at first but after a while everything disappears and I have a white screen in the application even with bought License key.

First screen is when I start running application and second screen is like 5 seconds later. It triggers by it self. Im using Windows.

And i just downloaded newest version of IGDM i bought it today.

Apologies for taking a while to get back to you.

I have released a new version that will no longer display a blank screen. Instead, when an error occurs, it will display the error message in a pop-up, then you can take a screenshot of that error and post it here so I can easily know what area needs to be fixed.

Please install and let me know how it goes. I look forward to your feedback so I can get this issue out of the way ASAP.

Quick question, does the screen still go blank when you see this pop-up? Or are you able to do other things such as viewing "Unfollowers", etc.

My expectation is that everything else should be functional except that your chat list (on the left) is blank.

Alright, since the entire screen is still blank, it seems I didn't properly collect the error before displaying in the pop-up.

I have just released another version that corrects this. Could you be so kind to install this new version and share a screenshot of the pop-up. Also please let me know if the entire screen still goes blank in this case.

While I don't expect any errors, If for any reason another error pops-up, then it means there are other issues that need to be fixed.

Hmm, yes this must have been an oversight. The general goal is to indeed download images in the highest quality. What kind of message was this? Story shared? Direct image uploaded? Disappearing message?

You didnt had to. Idc about personal information, there wasnt nothing to see XD but thanks i guess. Idk how to called that, direct message that u can open for unlimited time twice and it will desapear. It would be awesome, if you can upgrade that somehow ^^! it would be cool even for bomb photos that u can open for limited time. Thanks boss

No luck so far. Specifically cos everything works as expected on my end so it's hard to fix if I can't reproduce. On my end, I get the largest image when I download. And it aligns with the way it is implemented on the app.

Do you always get low quality image for all kinds of messages you download? Or is it specifically a type of message that returns low quality image?

I want to try an approach where I'll send you a version of the App that will help me investigate better. In this version, you'll be able to download and send me a copy of the image message you receive so that I can inspect it for why we are only seeing low quality images.

I'm quite tied up today, but I'll try to share this version of the app tomorrow.
