IGDM account not logging in "Please Wait a few minutes before you try again" #1524

My IGDM client is currently useless as it forever tells me to "Please Wait a few minutes before you try again" when trying to get sign into my account. Even when downloading older versions of IGDM the same problem is present. I dont have a problem logging onto Instagram with my account details on the 'Instagram' windows application as well as on the online website. What are the potential solutions?
