Renaming of package #2

skadiprices.steamdata should be renamed into skadiprices.steamapi.io because they merged two projects into one. steamapi.io is the new one.

That second dot in the package would be confusing. We should try snakecase/camelcase/other methods.

Or just leave it like skadiprices.steamapi
