an end-to-end software tool, with both cheminformatics/nlp pipelines working + integrating (perhaps using cheminformatics as a additional model)

three ways todo:

  1. cheminformatics output is provided as a feature to BERT somehow, BERT produces results
  2. BERT produces results, cheminformatics validates/check
  3. more hybrid (maybe intermediate features and also validation?)
