The depleted fuel requirements of the Isotope Separator and the Fuel Reprocessor are insane. On average, 3 uranium ingots can be converted to 3 LEU-235 fuel. Uranium is decently rare. When you're finally done depleting 9 LEU-235, all you get would be the theoretical yield of fission products for around 1 to 3 LEU-235 fuel. An entire block of uranium for like, 1 ²⁴³Am? That seems wrong. Where did all the other fission products go?
The isotope separator is even less balanced. Not only does it also need 9 entire fuel items, but it only outputs the equivalent amount to 1 fuel item? It's not even something required, like the reprocessor. It's just a waste of fuel.
