Style message flashes #33

"Replay uploaded!", "Replay parsing failed" etc. Should only be one at a time but you never know, could be several. Right now the markup is here https://github.com/iggyfisk/highperch/blob/master/perchweb/templates/layout.html#L42 but it could be anywhere in the layout template I suppose.

I put in a test snippet so you can refresh http://localhost:5000/?flash=4 and always get that many messages to style away
