Textarea fields are proving a little tricky. For now I've set a min height of 500px but if a user were to enter more lines than can fit within this box they would be hidden in the print view.

TODO:

[ ] Implement a print button that will print all of the patient forms.
[ ] Change the current styling of checkboxes (blue with white tick).
[ ] Ensure that all of the text in a textarea field is visible. It currently has a min-width of 500px.
[ ] Work out why there is a page break after the history sub-form heading in the print view of the Admission form.
[ ] Work out why I can only print 5 pages on chrome and safari
[ ] Check if Rob is happy with the apache score form layout
[ ] Cleanup the css file (it is all a bit rushed)
