https://github.com/iglee42/CreateCasing/pull/38 It says here that it's an Easter egg, which is suspected to be a person's name, so as usual it's not translated.. I was looking at other PR and noticed that there seems to be a project at Crowdin. But I went looking and couldn't find it.

Hey, It’s actually a person’s name. Also the crowdin project was deleted.

I saw that it was open source here, using MIT. took an afternoon to get it done. Something I didn't test, presumably a low version of the item. If there are no problems with the language files, I request merge.
