[Feature] Support for Extended Cogwheels #91

Extended Cogwheels adds new types of cogwheels and it would be nice to allow them to be encased as well. Doesn't seem to currently support them as far as I can tell.

No because Extended Cogwheels provides a bug with Encased and I also don't make compat with other mods
