Summary of changes:

added the adapter tool for parsing, transforming, and rendering logs from the voxelworld.js
added IGLUDataPipeline class for creating a dataloader for the collected data
for IGLUSilentBuilder-v0, the ray observation component added
minor changes of the env: better starting customization, agent bounding
