Force user to provide an archive to the emulator #15

I would like to make change in gp_emulator (and eventually in all emulators) to remove the option to not pass an archive to the emulators.

This is a very easy change to make, and I will start a branch to make it, but I wonder whether there is a strong reason not to do this.
