Improve the efficiency of the NN emulators and scripts to save the redshift evolution of IGM parameters

I guess that @lauracabayol is too busy now, so it would be great if @andreufont could take a look at this PR. Some of the changes improved the speed of cup1d by an order of magnitude, so we want to merge this PR before the long PR of cup1d
