Tutorials #71

We should decide which tutorials to keep and sync these with Python files. Some of these tutorials could work as unit tests, and before making any PR, make sure that these work fine

The tutorials that we keep, should always be kept up to date. Right now, both Tutorial_emulator and Durham2023_LaCETutorial are broken.
