simulate microwave tb on top of atmosphere #38

how to simulate tb on top of the atmosphere using pamtra for clear sky conditions. how should I run the codes and give input? is rt4.f90 the code

There is a pretty simple example in the example folder. Just follow that one and change 7 to 0 in the last cell one plotting the brightness temperature if you are interested in nadir view.
