Feasts of the Lord: clarify #61

Notitiae 284-285/1990, p. 162:

Some of the feasts mentioned are, at the time of writing this, not handled as feasts of the Lord by calendarium-romanum. Should they? Is the author of the article right? (Of course most probably he is.) What makes each of them feast of the Lord?

Concerning Dedication of the Lateran basilica: it seems to actually have the status of a feast of the Lord (2014-11-09 was a Sunday, according to the 2013/14 ordo of Czech dioceses the feast took place of the Sunday and had first Vespers). That seems to be due to the basilica's full title "of the Most Holy Savior and of Saints John the Baptist and the Evangelist in the Lateran".

Concerning Dedication of the cathedral the author (Aimé-Georges Martimort himself) is obviously wrong, since dedication of the cathedral is explicitly mentioned in the Table of liturgical days and it's ranking is the same both in the original 1969 and the latest Normae universales de anno liturgico et de calendario: II.8.b), i.e. it's a simple "proper feast" not a "feast of the Lord" (2.5).
