Command merging two or more sanctorale data files #63

Now when we have SanctoraleWriter, it would be useful to have a new subcommand of the calendariumrom command which will take one or more paths to sanctorale data files, load them on top of each other and print to stdout a single new sanctorale data file resulting from this process.
