… Is the genitive Zaccaria
same as in nominative? It looks like it is (according to catholica.cz), however, I (as Slovak) would use Zaccarie
.
I recently proof-read the Czech calendar against multiple recent official sources, it's reliable. (The diocesan calendars not that much, though.)
Neither Mother Teresa, nor Anthony Zaccaria, nor Lawrence Ruiz and companions are on the calendar of Czech dioceses.

Yes. Foreign names are by default not inflected.
I think you miss celebration of Saint Teresa of Calcutta, religious (src: katolik.cz). I don’t say that the source is an official, but still I think that she is celebrated in the Czech Republic (country-wide).
