Add portuguese translation #85

hi @igneus, since I implemented the Portuguese translations for the calendar I thought I'd contribute them to the main repo :)

For sure, I'll be glad to help on further translations, thanks for the great work that you started with this really useful library! Just as a note, the translations I added have been cross-checked against the Portuguese edition of the Roman Missal

FYI only after calendariumrom cmp -ing the contributed data file with the files already in place I discovered some further differences from the current state of the General Roman Calendar and corrected them (b6c42f9).

Big thanks for 986a346 - in this case I wasn't correcting the new data file, but all the others, which have been wrong since the very beginning of the project.
