Mapping of our celebration symbols to CANTUS feast IDs #89

Since it's an established system of feast IDs and interoperability with it may be useful.

our celebration symbols are in the sanctorale data files (directory /data in the source tree) CANTUS feast IDs: http://www.cantusindex.org/feasts

(Not much programming here, mostly tedious collecting of the pairs of corresponding feast IDs.)

I realized this is beyond the gem's scope and the data-contrib repository is much better suited for housing such a data set.
