Update Paul of the Cross from 10/19 to 10/20 #97

I don’t think so this PR should be merged.

In the General Roman Calendar, [1] this celebration is inscribed on 19 October. Since 1969, this celebration was not modified and it is still inscribed on the same date.

In the United States, however, the celebration was transfered to 20 October because the celebration of Saints John de Brébeuf and Isaac Jogues, Priests, and Companions, Martyrs is raised to the rank of feast. [2]
