Run unit and integration tests for each app independently, for we don't run if we don't have changes;
Fix wasm unit test;
Fix SdtOut and StdErr for integration tests;
Add unit tests pipeline;
Improve integration tests CI diff;
Fix some lint issues;
Use ignite errors pkg;
Add errors pkg to the CI;
Remove duplicated code;
Fix debug pkg for Ignite apps commands;
Refactor examples/health-monitor;
Fix Makefile helpers commands;
Add GitHub labels files for CI;

Can you make some diff in wasm to trigger them? Right now, they aren't so it's hard to see (without checking this out) if it actually passes: https://github.com/ignite/apps/actions/runs/8208138814/job/22450920835?pr=72

The CI was not happy with the last change

Just launched the health monitor unit test in case it might be flaky but it seems is not a flaky issue
