Cannot instal with 'yarn install': gyp ERR! node-gyp exited with code: 1 #22

gyp ERR! cwd C:\_PROJECTS\igniteram - appium-webdriverio\appium-webdriverio-typescript-master\node_modules\fibers
gyp ERR! node -v v12.16.1
gyp ERR! node-gyp -v v5.0.5
gyp ERR! not ok
node-gyp exited with code: 1

When I try using 'npm install' instead, I get this error: #20

Getting same following error when try 'npm install' ,

fibers@3.1.1 install ~/appium-webdriverio-typescript-master/node_modules/fibers node build.js || nodejs build.js . . cwd ~/appium-webdriverio-typescript-master/node_modules/fibers gyp ERR! node -v v14.17.1 gyp ERR! node-gyp -v v5.1.0 gyp ERR! not ok node-gyp exited with code: 1
