Meeting planner does not create room #192

When i create a meeting with the planner expected room is not created or destroyed

The room won't be created before the meeting starts. Metting invitations arre sent by email. If Openfire email is not configured, no invitations will be sent. It might be possible to add support for use web push notifications if ofmeet is installed as a PWA
