Since latest version, notification are not received on Android. Difficult to reproduce at this point but.
To reproduce, you can do it with my site :
-Connect to https://www.free-solutions.org/pade on android. PWA app install install it then try to receive XMPP messages, notification are not received
Not very clear what's happen at this point but apparently similar prob was observed on other platforms.
Sorry for not being more precise but i think notification and PWA is not working as expected. I will try to reproduce and provide more details
