Message action buttons have a relative position and consequently affects the message flow causing the whole chat history to re-position when user hovers over a message.

Fixed via PR https://github.com/igniterealtime/Pade/pull/163/commits/0fbd310952bc266e3c80a9b14d13a9f0724cae2c and now available in version 1.2.4
