Start/Stop Voice to text transcription from the conference room / Enhancement #257

When you need to have voice to text transcription, you need to go in OF console, change the following, and refresh browsers screenshot186

It would be nice if from within a conference we could enable or disable voice to text transcription. This should be possible for the room owner if this option is activated within the OF/Padé console

Could be very helpful to capture some voice to text slices of some call and stop it not to send data outside when needed
