Jobs Manager conflicts with my theme #417

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Activating Wordpress Job Manager with current theme

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The errors are seen on the menu on the right side and the popular and recent 
comments and also the top menu that says "CEO Blog Nation" there should be a 
carrot or arrow for the sub-menu. It is also missing when the plugin is 
installed. 

What version of Job Manager are you using?

What version of WordPress are you using?
Latest

Please provide any additional information below.

Any feedback? I really don't want to uninstall the plugin.
