Job listing page / feed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I grab the Job List Template code from display settings area
2. I add it to the html part of a page
3. It comes out like this: http://positivestaff.com/test-jobs/

I am testing it on this page but its for the purpose of having a latest jobs 
feed on the homepage. The users can click through to a full jobs page: 
http://positivestaff.com/jobs/

Im using the latest wordpress etc.

Is there a 'shrt codes' button I need to turn on?
