Only 20 icons can be added #486

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Job Manager > Settings
2. Add new icon
3. Browse for image and Update Icons 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Icon is added to the list. Instead nothing happens if you already have 20 
icons. If possible, we would like a unique icon to be visible for each job we 
want to display. We have about 50.

What version of Job Manager are you using?
0.7.18 (soon to upgrade to 0.7.20) -  I did check the changelog and the issue 
was not mentioned as being fixed in the new version

What version of WordPress are you using?
3.4.2

Please provide any additional information below.
