Applications empty #494

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. opening job manager's application list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
List of submitted applications.

What version of Job Manager are you using?
Version 0.7.20 

What version of WordPress are you using?
3.x.x

Please provide any additional information below.

Before all submitted applications are listed on the applications list page of 
job manager. But now its not showing any data/applications submitted. I also 
checked if there are filters set but there's none set. All settings is the same 
as before.

I attached a screen of the applications page.

Hope you can help me resolve the problem.
