What steps will reproduce the problem?
If a candidate applies for a position and uploads his CV I can see from the
dashboard all his information & application. But hours later, the CV still
hasn't been forwarded to the recruitment consultant and an acknowledgement
hasn't been sent to the candidate. Also if a client uploads a pdf cv the
program does not upload it, especially if its a big file.
What version of Job Manager are you using?

What version of WordPress are you using?
Using theme zig zag responsive by branka tadic. Wordpress 3.4.2
