After a user applied for a job,
the application needs to be visible and editable to the user (not to other 
subscribers)

There should be an unique identifier to avoid re-submit of an application.

a simple search and sort of the application under different jobs is required 
also.

please send me a quote for these feature.
I am willing to pay through paypal or wire.
