PRoblems getting notified by email when someone submits the application form #533

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. anytime anyone fills out the application form.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Ideally I'd like my client to be emailed every time he gets a prospect 
submitting an application. 

Applications go to the plugin manager tool, but they are not emailed to client.

What version of Job Manager are you using?

Version 0.7.20 

What version of WordPress are you using?

WordPress 3.5.1
