When an application is filled out it does not go to my email and does not show up under the job #569

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When a person applies I can see their application and resume
2. The job listed will show there is a new application
3. The application page will show there are applications

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see applications but I see nothing. 

What version of Job Manager are you using?
07.20

What version of WordPress are you using?
3.6
