What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to Job Manager > Applications
2. Select All Job Applications check box
3. Bulk Actions > Select Export as CSV File
4. Apply
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Download of file export would have began. Nothing happens; page reloads to all
applications with none selected.
What version of Job Manager are you using?
Version 0.7.20
What version of WordPress are you using?
WordPress 3.6.1.
