Job Manager submitting application not working #585

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Created a new job - checked it
2.Checked email addresses
3.Checked all the stages 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
That a form has been submitted. 

What version of Job Manager are you using?
0.7.20

What version of WordPress are you using?
3.6.1

Please provide any additional information below.
This was working but now has stopped. After applying for a job I just get 
returned to the form again.
