What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I fill out the job application and click "submit", I expect to be directed
to a page that includes the text that I insert into the "Application
Acceptance" text box under Job Manager>>Miscellaneous Text>>Display Settings.
Instead, I am directed to a page that says, "Thank you for your application.
While your application doesn’t fit our current requirements, please contact
us directly to see if we have other positions available." What is that? I
didn't write that. Also, what is the basis for the system rejecting an
application? I only have one or two fields marked as "mandatory" and those
were completed.
What version of Job Manager are you using?
0.7.20
What version of WordPress are you using?
3.8
