MidJourney V5 only upscales the first image #3

When using bulkai 1.0.6 with MidJourney V5 it only upscales the first of the four variations, instead of all of them.

The issue was that midjourney V5 upscales are so fast that the receiver was not capturing them. I made some improvements that fixes that. I've also generated a v1.0.7 with the fix.
