Problem while installing requirements #16

Hi,

I am getting an error while installing the requirements from the given requirements.txt file,I have also changed the versions of torch to 1.13.1,pillow to 10.0.1, and numpy to 1.22.0 as done in some of the open pull requests.

Error details: subprocess-exited-with-error.

The requirements.txt file I used. numpy==1.22.0 pandas==0.23.4 Pillow==10.0.1 pkg-resources==0.0.0 python-dateutil==2.7.5 pytz==2018.7 scipy==1.10.0 six==1.12.0 torch==1.13.1 torchvision==0.2.1

Are we supposed to change the versions of other packages according to changes done to pillow,torch,pillow.If so,Can you please share the updated requirements.txt file and also sharing python version would be much helpful.
