Minor improvements to sample Cakefiles #130

forced conversion to string for ‘iOSdeploymentTarget’ and ‘currentSwiftVersion’ internal variables;
put company identifier in a global variable for better readability (used to construct bundle identifiers for targets);
put development team identifier in a global variable for better readability (used for setting automated signing in Xcode 8 for targets);
brought ‘testSuffix’ internal variable to the top.

Coverage remained the same at 98.783% when pulling 944fa75058d800a62034eaa54dff5ec877dfda38 on hotfix/Cakefile_deployment_target_format into a7dd5956503aa14276dd64789d31c23762ade612 on master.
