modified:   src/yolo.rs

added preprocessing funtion. only works for single inference at the moment.

to do

batch mode: Might be more efficient to split into single and batch mode functions.
resize should preserve aspect ratio but tch does this by center cropping but this isn't the recommended approach in yolo. Just need some simple checks.
